Quality Assurance and Prospect
The evaluation of the implementation status of the activities defined in the individual fields of action is conducted in a transparent, multi-stage monitoring process. In all phases of this process, as a fundamental component of the Diversity-Strategy with regard to the activities described, it is reviewed and discussed whether and to what extent readjustments, concretizations and resulting further developments are necessary.
This enables the identification of potential for improvement and the visualization of successes. All interim and final results are presented to the rectorate.
2022 Following the publication of the Diversity-Strategy (2022−2027), responsibilities and, associated with this, the necessary human and financial resources for the defined activities will be discussed and defined in a workshop together with forumDIVERSITY to ensure timely conception and execution as well as sustainable implementation. Potential overlaps of responsibilities are taken into account. The requirement here is to define future activities in concrete terms and to coordinate them with one another. This applies in particular to the aspect of further education that relates to different actors.
2023 The certification process required for renewal of the TOTAL E-QUALITY & Diversity award is used as the first opportunity to monitor the implemented measures.
2024 The implementation status of the activities will be qualitatively analyzed and discussed in a forumDIVERSITY workshop and presented to the rectorate in a short interim report.
2026 The implementation status of the activities will again be qualitatively analyzed and discussed in a workshop at forumDIVERSITY and presented to the rectorate in a short interim report.
2027 A final report on the implementation status of the Diversity-Strategy (2022−2027) is prepared and coordinated with forumDIVERSITY. The results will help with preparing further strategic goals for the future. The evaluation of the strategy is presented to the rectorate and the senate and documented in IGaD´s annual magazine.
