The Sustainability Tutorial

Once a semester, the Sustainability and University Governance Staff Unit offers a short Sustainability Tutorial, an online professional development training opportunity for university employees interested in learning more about the topic and how they can integrate sustainability more deeply into their everyday working lives. This continuing education offer started in June 2022 with 16 registrations and was already fully booked for the second edition in November with 20 registrations.

Sustainability Factsheets

In many cases, the integration of sustainability aspects into both university operations and university staff’s everyday lives can be boosted and encouraged further by communicating additional information. At the time of writing this report, the Sustainability and University Governance Staff Unit is preparing factsheets on various topics such as research, teaching and learning, or photovoltaics at RWTH. These are designed to impart knowledge, provide inspiration, and facilitate the integration of sustainability aspects into one’s own work, research, or teaching activities. The factsheets can be found in the download area of RWTH’s sustainability web pages.
